I had the pleasure of working as a handy person for Elena, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience. The management team was supportive and always ensured that I had the resources necessary to excel in my role. The work environment was positive and collaborative, fostering a sense of teamwork among colleagues. This is one of the most beautiful assisted living facilities I have ever worked at and visited, the employees care and love the residents like they are their own family, they keep the facility extremely clean and we keep up with all the necessities so that no one ever has to go without. The owner is one of the most caring person I have ever known and does everything she can to make sure the facility is a healthy, & happy environment for not just the employees but especially for the residents. If I had to to put my family in a assisted living facility this would be the place❣️ I have worked for many facilities in the 13 yrs of my career and this place is the most amazing and I'm proud to say I work there.

I work for tucson assisted living retreat not only is this a beautiful place to work the residents are very well taken care of the chef does an amazing job with their food. And we do excersise many activities and are constantly working with them to provide outstanding care best place I've worked at. Thank you Elena for creating such an amazing place to work.
