SUNRISE AT RIVER ROAD

Our family toured 7 Assisted Living and Care Homes to find the Best living environment for our Mother. We knew she was "Home" when we toured Sunrise at River Road! The facility is welcoming, comfortable, and felt like home. The staff from the top down are amazing, caring, present and after a year, what we experienced on the first meeting and tour is still the same today! There is always some activity going on throughout the day to keep the residents busy and engaged and social. The Care staff treat our Mother and our family like we are a part of their family. We could not ask for anything else for our Mother!

Sunrise at River Road has the best care team I have ever experienced. Their Designated Care manager program provides a consistency of care to their residents which is unsurpassed in senior living. The care team at River Road works hand-in-hand with the clinical, dining and activities teams to keep their residents safe, happy and engaged. I'm proud to be a member of the Sunrise at River Road team who support each other every day in serving our seniors!

A friend of mine has been residing now for over a year and a half at Sunrise in Renaissance, their memory care facility. It has been a good decision from the very beginning. The environment is lovely and welcoming and the staff members, headed by Katrina, are well-trained and supported. Their loving attention and friendly, approachable manner make it easy for the residents to feel accepted and respected. The staff to resident ratio is excellent so that care is given quickly and efficiently when needed. That's such a comfort to the family (as well as the resident). Everything at Sunrise is QUALITY! The availability and communication between resident and staff and family, is superior. The facility itself is attractive, always clean and well-maintained and the variety of activities, dining options and levels of care can't be beat. We searched multiple Memory Care facilities before making this choice and are very satisfied!
