The staff at Watermark do a beautiful job looking after the residents and patients. The staff are incredibly caring and conscientious, and do an excellent job coordinating with families and caregivers. the food is great, there's abundant activities for residents, and it really is home away from home. I highly recommend using Watermark for assisted living and memory Care.

My father became a resident of Watermark at Oro Valley when his Alzheimer's was advancing and my siblings and I could no longer provide him with the care and socialization he required. The staff went above and beyond to make sure his medical and dietary needs were met, showed him great compassion, and were tremendous communicators with us, his children. We couldn't be happier with the attention and care he received at Watermark!

Working with Karen Shriver in the onboarding process of our loved one to The Watermark has been seamless and pleasant. She is responsive and patient and obviously has a great deal of experience helping families help their seniors during this life transition.

We moved my parents here at the end of August 2023 and couldn’t be happier. They love the food, the staff has been superb, and the entertainment director keeps them busy with activities and entertainment. We feel very good about choosing Watermark.

Watermark Oro Valley had been recently renovated when my husband moved in last March. They have an excellent, caring staff and offer lots of activities. Watermark is not a huge facility this making it easy for my husband to adapt. His one bedroom apartment is quite spacious with a full size fridge, washer/dryer, lots of storage and a gorgeous view of Pusch Ridge. And, it’s only 5 minutes away from me.
