GARDENS OF SUN CITY, THE

Hillary Bauch and staff recently helped our family through an overwhelming life change for our mom from across the country! We were able to work everything out and get mom into The Gardens for a temporary stay while we sold her house and relocated her to CT. Mom has come back from a very dark and lonely place to flourish under the supervision of The Gardens staff. She is active and social again. She loves the activities (especially bingo) and doesn’t have to worry about cooking,cleaning and household chores that became too much for her to handle. It’s a load off our whole family to know she’s loved and cared for until we can get her relocated. Thank you Hillary and all the gardens staff for welcoming my mom and helping her feel comfortable and safe while transitioning through this stage of life!

Building is older, but has been well kept, cleaned, furnished. Recent review was unfair - posted by a family member battling for her own anger & greed, & not considering the care, safety, and happiness their father is getting at The Gardens now. Pathetic to have this happen, but some people won't give up on wanting their own way. The staff has been terrific, despite dealing with the angry rantings of an unpleasant family member. Dad has new friends, great meals, plays bingo, and even playing his harmonica again. Please don't hesitate to give the Gardens consideration!! They are a blessing!

We picked the Gardens of Sun City for my mother in law two years ago and it has been an overwhelmingly positive experience for everyone, especially her! The staff take time to engage and interact with the residents and visitors and demonstrate great caring and empathy. The space is nice/modest but the care level is off the charts fantastic and that's what counts the most. 100% endorsement here without any reservations whatsoever.

It was awful there. My mom was there less then 4mths and she was stolen from. The broad who runs the place defended her staff and said the residents are old and forgetful and they don't know what they're saying. We made a police report. Still nothing has been done to resolve this theft issue. Others have been stolen from also but are scared to say anything. Staff goes in while a resident is in the hospital and things go missing. Its sad and disheartening. My mom had to move so she could feel safe again.

A caring community and staff, that my dad can call his family! Such great love and attention has created well being and contentment for my dad. I see the respect, and focus on health, the staff has for it's residents. There are always great activities planned, and the meals are amazing here! I truly feel my dad is in nurturing and professional hands here at the Gardens of sun City! I truly give them 5 stars!!!
