SCOTTSDALE VILLAGE SQUARE

I just helped my mother transition to SVS Assisted Living this month, November, and it’s everything we hoped it would be. The Staff we met are very courteous, professional and friendly. From the sales agents, Carl and Gregory, David the new Director, medical staff, and everyone else working as a team. They assisted our move from a Group Home, to this new place, as comfortable as possible. I would recommend S.V.S. as a new community home.

What can I say? This place is amazing.! As an independent I am responsible for everything I need or do. If she should need an assisted-living assistance, they have helpers at every turn. I’ve been here only two days and I’ve made more friends than I’ve ever had before. I must tell you they won’t come to you if you go to them they will welcome you with open arms!

Very professional and accommodating to my 98 yr old grandfather moving in. They helped us get out of a bad situation and into a much better one! I would highly recommend Scottsdale Village Square and especially Gregory. He was very responsive and caring about making sure this was a smooth transition. Best thing I heard them say “we will be guests in your grandfathers home and help him in anyway we can”. Would give 10 stars if I could.

I liked the facility and was ready to have Mom move in but despite completing all the necessary paperwork my Mom's acceptance was rejected at the last minute simply because they were unwilling to coordinate a necessary lab test with our insurance. Reasonably nice facility but staff needs to be better trained to help coordinate assisted living needs for residents and develop a willingness to investigate options prior to just rejecting potential residents. They lack consideration for the family and are uncaring about the struggle to find assisted living options as well as the disappointment their actions caused for a senior.

I currently work at Scottsdale Village Square and I enjoy working here, the staff are all very helpful and loving towards the residents, families and each other. The community is beautiful with great amenities. The leadership in the community are very loving and have a strong background with the senior community and are always in the business to make sure the residents have what they need. The staff at Scottsdale Village Square care for our residents as if they were our own families. Ignore the negative reviews they are completely false! This is a great please to work and a great place to house your loved one!
