CLARENDALE ARCADIA

I absolutely can not say enough good things about Kimberly Ravens and her team in the memory care part of Clarendale. Emma (My Favorite), Erica, Johanna Monica, Juan and all the rest of the staff are awesome. I visit my 94 year old grandfather there daily and the energy is just wonderful. Staff is always engaging with the members and genuinely care. There is always something going on…baking, doing art projects, having stimulating presentations, singing and dancing. Truly everyone feels like family there. The food is fantastic… sometimes I eat in memory care and sometimes we head out to the main dining for a change of scenery and it is wonderful. This was a major transition that happened quickly after my grandmothers passing. Clarendale was the first place I checked out and honestly everything else just left me disappointed. I checked out other places just to say I did my research knowing I didn’t want my grandpa to be anywhere else. There were 7 siblings to please with this decision and everyone voted yes site unseen and they have been incredibly pleased with the choice to make this grandpa new home… we were worried my grandpa might decline fast after losing my grandpa but honestly the the staff has helped him to thrive and really enjoy his new home🙌

Clarendale is an absolutely gorgeous community. The décor is truly outstanding. The interior is spotless. My mom’s apartment is classy, up to date and refreshing. The food and selection is good. The staff at Clarendale are very professional and are on top of things. I feel my mom is very safe and well taken care. It’s definitely a high-end community with a fabulous location!

It's never easy to make the decision to move your parents into an assisted living center, but when the time came for my dad, Newt, to go into memory care, the staff at Clarendale Arcadia couldn't have been better. Kimberly Revans and her memory care staff were amazing - compassionate, kind, attentive, and professional. The center is immaculate, and the food is delicious. We looked at a lot of centers before moving dad, and we are are forever thankful for finding Clarendale Arcadia.

The selection of food from the kitchen is repetitive, uncreative and limited. The portion size is often too small for adults. The choice of fresh vegetables is limited. Higher quality meat and fish choices are needed. Meals presented are far from gourmet as promised. Food from the kitchen is too slow, more than often waiting one hour + to be served.

I have worked in the senior living industry for over 28 years...this community could possibly be my most favorite! I was so impressed with the thoughtful design and decor and even more impressed with the friendly staff and residents. A beautiful building and environment to work and live in! I am sorry to not list all of the employees names that I met...but there are so many that deserve a shoutout it would make this review too long. :)
