VISIONS SENIOR LIVING AT MESA 1

The staff is awesome! My mom is treated with love and kindness. It is very difficult watching dementia take over and we were so lucky to find this facility. Mason, is on top of things and always treats the patients with compassion. Mason is a great leader. Alicia takes care of my moms hygiene needs going out of her way to fix my mom's hair so she can feel pretty. My mom is not easy when it comes to these matters but Alicia has found a way to help my mom without being rough. Thanksgiving dinner was served for patients and their families. Vanessa is in charge of activities so a big Koodos to a job well done. Thank you to the entire staff for being so awesome! I attached photos. The entire staff worked so hard.

We had a smoothe transition into Visions of Mesa for my dad. The staff was on top of all the paperwork and very professional. It made the move from another assisted living very stress free. They were very prompt and supportive with our needs.

My mother had dementia, anyone that has a loved one with dementia knows how difficult it is.  They also know that the care givers and the facility are so important. Visions team of care givers are awesome. My family is eternally grateful for the compassion and kindness their entire team bestowed upon our mother, Pansy, as she reached end of life cycle of dementia.  I also want to send a special thanks to Mason, Tiffany, Seth, Judy, Cindy and the entire team for taking time to share the precious stories and moments between them, the other patients and our mom. They treated our mom as though she were their own grandma; in fact they called her grandma.  My mother loved them and was never frightened by them.  They always took the time to talk gently to my mom and made her feel special.  During this difficult time of watching my mom slowly slip away, the entire team not only comforted my mom with great empathy but they also took the time to show compassion to our family.  Every step of the way was made easier due to the empathy they showed us.  My family is so thankful for the stories of their interactions with our mom.  We will be eternally grateful for those precious stories. I do not know everyone's name at Visions that cared for our mom, but all of you are awesome we were truly blessed to have had you in our lives.  So from the bottom of my families hearts we thank the entire team for being the best! Pansy is in heaven now and if she could she would say, bless you for taking such good care of me and God bless you for the love you made me and my family feel.

Walking in to visit our mom is like visiting family. Mason has done an amazing job communicating to us staff and the doctors.

Yuvi is literally the BEST and really new how to make my relative feel comfortable and welcomed! I really appreciate her warm, informative tour and her patience with answering all of our questions! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
