WATERMARK AT CONTINENTAL RANCH

My mother recently moved in to assisted living here. All I can say is, Wow! The staff are completely amazing in every way. They are making this transition so much easier than I would have ever imagined. On top of this, the residents have all been so welcoming and kind to my mother. They really seem happy here. I love going to visit and having meals there with her and talking with the others. It already feels like home. Food is very good, the building and grounds are immaculate, and the caregivers and housekeepers are all wonderful. Love all three amazing concierge ladies at front desk - Mary Lee, Cheri, and Gabby - who make me smile every time I pass by. And the team that helped get us in the door - Leslie, Patty, Tony, and Monica - they have really helped me and my mom out during this crazy period of adjustment. Can't wait for my mom to really settle in and start regularly enjoying the numerous activities and amenities. There is so much to experience there. My best advice to anyone who is helping a loved one transition to assisted living is to accept that this can be a very overwhelming process and know that it's completely fine to ask any and all questions that come to mind. There are so many pieces to the puzzle. The people at Watermark really do care and will help you with each facet of the unknown. I am beyond lucky to have found this comfortable and supportive community for my mother, and I look forward to all of the good times to come.

I have been working with Watermark at Continental Ranch for a few years now and I highly recommend the community. The Community Life Director, Ann Ruffino, is smart, creative and engages the community in a wide variety of activities. Her musical talents are transformed into unique and fun events. I also recommend Memory Care: The Garden. Laura is a terrific, kind, and knowledgeable leader.

Honestly this move was not in the plans, we found ourselves in a position of quickly needing assistance for my parents . I called around and when I learned about the costs and the tiers of care other places offered , I quickly realized that the Watermark had the best plan. They had an apartment available and we signed the papers. The best part aside from the location and availability is that The Watermark is nothing short of a resort. My parents are eating 5 star meals 3 times a day (not twice a day like some facilities) they have a housekeeper that comes once a week, a shower that is accessible for my dad who is wheelchair bound and the apartment is beautiful. Everyone has been so friendly, I have seen the stress of life melt off my parent’s faces. The Watermark has been an answer to our prayers.

In 2022, my grandparents made the move here due to health issues, a decision that initially left our family feeling uncertain. However, Watermark turned out to be exceptional in more ways than we could have imagined. I have observed my grandmother actively participating in arts and crafts events which have been particularly heartwarming, as she shares her latest creations with me. Watermark offers a variety of physical activities, like my grandfather's muscle and balance strengthening classes. But most of all, the strong sense of community shared among residents is what truly makes Watermark both inviting and beautiful to us.

Help-U-Sell The Powell Group recently did a seminar for potential residents at Watermark on how to sell their home for top dollar. We were extremely impressed with the facility, which is beautiful, as well as the professional and courteous staff that we encountered. This is a residence where I would be very comfortable having my family members reside in.
