HACIENDA AT THE RIVER

I have been performing musical programs at Hacienda at the River for several years now, both in Assisted Living & Memory Care. The staff is always cheerful, accommodating & there to help, whether it is my needs, or that of the residents. And the residents, as well as their families, are happy to join in singing, and delightful to have conversations with. The atmosphere is always bright, welcoming and cheery, and it is a delight to play there. My hat is off, especially to Amber, the Community Life Director. I love Hacienda at the River!

I've been a musical entertainer in senior living communities for the last five years and Hacienda at the River is one of the loveliest facilities I've had the pleasure of working at. The surroundings are elegant and cozy, which is very conducive to enjoyment of the kind of services I provide. The staff are wonderful and their care for the residents is easily seen. I am especially thankful to the Director of Community Life Amber Isselhard for welcoming me there and making my experience a great one.

I had a wonderful experience at The Hacienda at the River touring the beautiful facility. The executive director was extremely resourceful and easy to work with. I really appreciated the time that they spent to work with me on scheduling a tour and the opportunity that was given to me to learn more about long term care. I had a great overall experience there! What a wonderful life we have here at The Hacienda at the River! It’s literally the “life of Riley” with NO worries at all…just enjoy small community independent living. Everything is top notch. And the food… wonderful. The staff is very accommodating, so much so that my husband swears they don’t have the word ‘no’ in their vocabulary. The size of the community makes everyone feel like family. Hacienda has totally changed our lives. We are so happy to be here. Thank you, Hacienda at the River, for making the ‘twilight’ of our years so very wonderful and care free!

Everyone and everything has been wonderful since we moved into our apartment in October. The staff is very attentive. When we have a problem , Santiago appears within an hour. The dining room offers a variety in its menu and the wait staff are friendly. Peter makes sure we get the food and drink we like. There are enough activities to keep us busy. The proximity to the loop path makes walking and riding a dream. All is good. Laurie
