BROOKDALE NORTH TUCSON

On August 24, 2023, my husband went out of his way and toured this assisted living property; he was given information and promised assisted living right away for our loved one as long as our loved one completes an intake with a nurse along with another thing. So, we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, August 29th for a nurse to accompany our loved one to a medical appointment. My husband heard back from this facility on Friday, August 25th and was told that they couldn't take in our loved one, after being given misinformation and false promises and false hope. I would not recommend this place. We are frustrated as it is, and don't need this.

Not very welcoming here.. I call this location August 11, 2023 to see if they were hiring for overnight Karen answered and said yes they love over night workers and they need staff. She told me to come in and fill application out. I arrived and Karen was really nice and professional. It took me 49 min to fill application out just for them to tell me they ARE NOT HIRING and they just had a MASSIVE hire. My exact words to the 2 woman who interviewed me was they needed to let Karen know as well because she is the person who said yes come in We hiring. Js...#isrealite

Our parents recently had to be placed in assisted living and after touring the facility with Brianne we chose Brookdale North Tucson. Brianne couldn’t have been more helpful and compassionate. Any communications were responded to extremely quickly and she was more than happy to answer any of our questions and assist in any way. The facility itself is extremely clean, the rooms are modern and well appointed, the staff is amazing, and my parents are extremely happy with the quality of the food. Obviously when you are forced to get family members into assisted living it isn’t easy on many levels, but Brianne and the Brookdale staff made the experience unbelievably easy and we’re incredibly supportive. Brookdale cares about their residents. I’d recommend them to everyone.

My mother has been living with my family for 4 years since my father died. Her needs have increased to the point where I am unable to provide the level of care she needs. After extensive research, we found Brookdale North. What an amazing home for assisted living. The staff- from the Director, to sales director to nursing director to maintenance are all so caring and so personable. We moved my mother in last week and I honestly was overwhelmed by their care and compassion. I am at peace that I could find another home that will care for her like I would want. Especially during COVID- and they have had 0 cases! - because of their amazing diligence. Thank you to everyone at Brookdale North. You are a Godsend!

My 92 year old father recently moved to Brookdale North. He was previously living in an apartment, so moving to an assisted living facility was new territory. Lorell went above and beyond to help us navigate through the entire process. Every staff member is warm, friendly, caring and attentive. They really treat the residents like family. My father says he loves Brookdale and the staff are fantastic. I feel happy knowing he is in a safe environment. I highly recommend Brookdale North.
