FOUNTAIN VIEW VILLAGE

A beautiful retirement community! The entire place was just renovated. I stopped by to check out a car show they hosted. They were serving food and it was excellent! I toured the place and it's very nice. Lots of amenities and the apartments are large and very nicely appointed.

We have been looking for a care home for my mom. Fountainview Village has been so accommodating answering all my millions of questions and being very kind to us.

My mom has been a part of the Independent Living Community at Fountain View Village for almost five months. The anticipation and then the act of moving itself was not easy from another state to Arizona. But due to the exceptional staff at FVV, her transition after arriving was made simple and seamless and she settled in quickly. The staff calls everyone by their first name and seems to know a little unique tidbit here and there about everyone - they know interests and dislikes. Her apartment and the exceptional amenities offered at FVV (dining, salon, theater, bistro, pub, scheduled activities, housekeeping, transportation and more) have furthered the ease of her transition to enjoy her new surroundings and community. I am personally grateful to the staff for the help they provided me as we made this change. The comfort and peace I have knowing Mom is in a safe environment, but maintains her independence, and is enjoying her new friends and environment is really beyond what I had imagined. Also not ever knowing what the future holds, it gives me peace that there are more services that we can take advantage of down the road that are right there at FVV and I know the staff will be with us every step of the way.

My mom has lived at Fountain View Village for 2 years and loves it! Recently she was in the hospital for a short stay and the staff reached out to make sure she was okay and that she knew they were thinking of her. A few times she has had trouble with her television and the handy man has come up and helped her get it fixed. They go out of their way to make her feel she is an important part of the community and assist her when needed. And she LOVES the food! Sandy

My wife, Cobe and I decided it was time to find an independent living facility near us. Fountain View Village in Fountain Hills, Arizona fit our needs. The management is completely remodeling the entire facility. There are many choices for an apartment. The daily routine is pro-active for the residents. The communication efforts to keep the residents informed in are exceptional. We are very happy about our decision to live here. And we love the quietness of Fountain Hills, yet the town offers many amenities for older folks. Come and check out FVV!
