Clearwater Pinnacle Peak has been wonderful for my dad. From our first interactions with the very caring Julia Cilley, Sales Director to all of their staff. They have been extremely professional, kind and compassionate from helping my dad feel comfortable in his beautiful new home to consistently going the extra mile. My dad has high expectations, especially with respect to his culinary experience and they have continued to exceed his (and my families expectations). They genuinely care about each of their residents. The last time I had lunch with him he said it was the best grilled cheese he’s ever had. Nicole Southey, the Executive Director is personally and directly involved in all aspects of the total experience for the resident, their family, and seems extremely involved with her staff. I would recommend this place to anyone who Is looking for a place to call home.

Clearwater Pinnacle Peak has been life saving and life changing for our family. Our mom is in memory care here. The genuine love and support she receives is overwhelming. The caretakers live up to their title. There are activities for every level and outings, and music. Our mom is a very difficult person. While I’d like to say this came about as a result of dementia, it did not. We struggled to find a place where she would feel at home and we felt she was well taken care of. Clearwater Pinnacle Peak is that place. Mom actually smiles from time to time! This incredible care starts at the top. Nicole Southey, the director of the facility, has an amount of empathy without condescension that is astounding. Kari Michalak, the director of memory care, equally excels at speaking to all the memory care residents without compromising their humanity. Julia Cilley, the sales director, walked us through the process of moving our mom to her new apartment in memory care. She was so knowledgeable, professional, and kind. As the search for senior living for a parent is stressful and in many cases traumatic, I highly recommend Clearwater Pinnacle Peak as an option that will provide a large measure of reassurance.

Clearwater Pinnacle Peak was an OUTSTANDING place for my 96 year old Dad to transition from living 100% independently to series of higher levels of support as they were required while living in his same apartment at Clearwater Pinnacle Peak. The Staff is outstanding throughout the whole organization. The food & activities are excellent, vast & engaging. This absolutely because Dad's "home" over time. My wife & I visited many facilities while we were looking to help Dad transition from living on his own to a place that could assist him as his needs increased. Clearwater was our absolute number one choice.
