That corporate work sharpened my ability to listen deeply, collaborate across stakeholders with very different priorities, and bring practical, life-enhancing solutions to people around the world.

"Alongside my business background, I bring a foundation in law. I clerked for a presiding probate judge, where I supported decisions about placement for critically ill and hospitalized patients — making sure family input was heard, options were thoughtfully weighed, and the right outcomes were reached at some of the hardest moments of people's lives. That work taught me something I carry into every conversation here: compassion isn't optional. It's the work itself. I'm an Arizona native and a proud graduate of ASU's W. P. Carey School of Business, with a Project Management certification from Stanford. Outside of work, I've mentored underprivileged women working to reach their full potential, and my family is my greatest joy — caring for them is the part of my day I look forward to most."

Families navigating placement during a crisis or sudden hospitalization, where decisions need to be made quickly but carefully. My probate-court experience makes me especially helpful for situations involving legal complexity — conservatorships, guardianships, or families coordinating with attorneys and courts. I work particularly well with adult children stepping into a caregiver role for the first time, who want a guide who will slow down, explain options clearly, and make sure no one feels rushed.
