ORCHARD POINTE AT ARROWHEAD

I can't say enough about my experience with this facility. Absolutely A plus. The staff and administration as well as the nurses and all the care people are top notch. They did an amazing job taking care of my mother. I can't rate them high enough.

Don't ever ever ever work here they are all horrible including management. Everybody is terrible. They don't respect their workers or care about them.They don't care about their residents at all. They are a racist place and discriminating against black people. Don't put your family here. I warned you!

We moved my mom into the memory care side of Orchard Pointe almost a year ago and it has been an amazing experience for her. After checking out multiple different memory care homes, we knew this was clearly the best choice. It is a beautiful facility that really feels like home, and they offer many activities and events. The staff is wonderful, and the caregivers are so kind and gentle with my mom. It is so reassuring to know that my mom is being cared for by qualified, loving people that understand her illness and can give her the care that she needs. Orchard Pointe has been an incredible blessing to our family.

An amazing community to work with! They offer a personalized care experience for all residents. They really pay attention to the unique needs of each resident and do a fantastic job including the family at every opportunity. The staff go out of their way to make you feel right at home, no matter the reason for your visit. Orchard Pointe Arrowhead is the community of choice!

My team and I recently completed the CDP class and LOVED how impactful it was. We have all worked in Dementia care for a while and we were super impressed with how Shelly Drews brought the topics to life. She truly has a passion for what she does and a heart for those living with Dementia!
