I had a loved one staying in this home. Based off their website they promised that they would do all these activities cook healthy food barbecues take care of them they fail to do all of the above. The owner Loretta is horrible she Asked my elderly grandmother to break her bed down before she left or she would charge her $200 to do so. My grandmother was always in the hospital when she stayed there more than when she was under arm care the workers are amazing and they did all they could do with being overworked and not enough staff to help or accommodate all the people living in that home. I would never recommend this place to anyone if you care for your loved one They charge a horrific amount of money for very little to nothing that they do the staff were truly amazing it's unfortunate that they are so overworked but this is how Loretta runs her business do not believe what she says because it is all false. This place needs a new owner

DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILITY!! Staff is rude, they didn’t even put clothes on my family member, didn’t even know what the reason for him being there was. Different information from every single person you talk to. Absolutely the worst place we could have our loved one go to.

Clean with helpful, cobcerned employees.
