GENTLE CARE ASSISTED LIVING

My mom currently resides at Gentle Care Assisted living. She has stayed in other homes but this one is the best by far. It’s clean, staff is very friendly, patient with residents and my mom always tells me she loves living here. Staff is knowledgeable, organized and mom says the food is great!

My family and I am filled with an immense sense of gratitude as I reflect on the wonderful time my Uncle spent at Gentle Care Assisted Living. The staff and fellow residents provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere where he was truly able to thrive. He was surrounded by people who cared deeply for him and who went out of their way to make sure he was taken care of. My Uncle felt at home in Gentle Care, enjoying the delicious meals, engaging in the activities, and getting to know the other residents. He was able to live out the final weeks of his life with a sense of peace and contentment, and I will be forever grateful for that. My Uncle is now in a better place, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him, as well as the staff that took care of him at Gentle Care Assisted Living. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all that you did for my Uncle.

My mom is currently still residing at Gentle Care Assisted Living. She has been a resident for almost 2 years. As mom’s disease(Alzheimer’s)progressed, I knew additional help was needed that I wasn’t able to provide. This very homey and very clean group home provided everything that I was looking for to make mom comfortable. She is well-cared for, has good meals and lives in an atmosphere, that feels like a family home. As her health deteriorates, Anthony and Sef are knowledgeable and helpful with my concerns. This decision to put mom in a home was one of the most difficult ones, I have ever had to make. The support and reassurance I feel everyday that mom is here, allows me to visit and enjoy the time that I have left with her. I am so very grateful for this wonderful group home, especially for Sef and Anthony that have welcomed all their residents like new members of the family.

My mother needed care after her dementia worsened. Our hospice nurse recommended this facility and we were more than welcomed and more than pleased that Gentle Care gave such personalized care for Mom. I felt that she became part of a family, and that her needs were passionately provided. I will forever remember that the owner, Sef, gave us a beautiful experience and memorable time as our Mother spent her last days in comfort and was surrounded with love.

One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was to become part of the Gentle Care family over a year ago. That’s what it feels like - a family. One of the caregivers said, “I care for him as though he was my father.” The home is spotlessly clean, the food is nourishing and plentiful, and the staff is caring and compassionate.
