BROOKDALE TRAIL RIDGE

My mother has received excellent care at Brookdale Trail Ridge. My concerns are always addressed in a timely fashion and the management is very responsive. The activities are appropriate and varied. The staff is warm, friendly and respectful. I am thankful that my mom is in a great facility!

Shartel, Thank you for all you and your staff do and are doing, My Father looks better now that you are taking care of him. He has graduated from hospice, thanks to you, He walks without a walker now. He eats and has gain all his weight back, plus he is talking more and looks healthier, wow! You’re the best! I appreciate you, and your whole staff. I am grateful for the classy Team you have put TOGETHER. Brookdale is first class all the way. I love walking the grounds outside with my Dad, its so pretty and well kept. Plus, he is in a safe place for his Dementia and my whole family can sleep at night knowing this. I'm extremely happy with the care my father is receiving at Brookdale Trail Ridge. The staff is caring, informative and very accommodating. The facility is clean and comfortable. My heart is overfilled with joy any time I see photos of my father on Facebook engaging in various activities. I am comforted each day knowing my father is happy and safe in his new home.

I feel that I have truly found the perfect place for our family member suffering with Dementia, the Memory Care location is ideal for our needs being only 10 minutes from our home. The Staff from, Management to all the Nurses and Care Takers, seem to all be on the same page in the concern and care of our family member. From day one he has been able to make the transition from home to full care away in the most positive manner. The home has activities that attract his attention and they have also encouraged him to share with the others as a poker teacher. This encouragement is not always found and is appreciated. They provide interesting places along the hallways to investigate and to simply sit and enjoy. The facility is very clean and is well kept. Exercise is encouraged and is provided on the "chock full calendar " put out by the "Program Coordinator".
