Grace Hill Ranch Assisted Living is the place for skilled, compassionate, individualized care for your loved ones. For Aunt Connie this included doing puzzles with the home manager’s children so uplifting for a former teacher. Spa days with her favorite caregiver; a comforting routine from her life before. Connie loved to be outside on the back porch making friends with other residents or walking on the awesome sidewalk track. Family, friends, and even well behaved pets are welcomed into the home creating a sense of belonging for all. From the first day to the last, Grace Hill staff treated Connie’s eccentricities with humor and compassion. Connie knew that she was loved and our family is very grateful.

Everyone who works at Grace Hill is an absolute angel. They took such good care of my mother in her end of life, even though she could be extremely challenging at times. They went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable, cared for, safe, and loved. After my mom's last surgery I knew she could no longer live at home and care for herself, and everyone at Grace Hill did their best to make it feel like home. The home itself was so cozy, well maintained, comfortable, and with a big back yard that we could take walks in. Thank you everyone for making an incredibly hard time easier to carry.

The caring staff of Grace Hill Ranch took EXCELLENT care of our father during a very challenging time! All of the staff is superb but a special recognition to Anne and Cesar! They were very devoted to Dad's special needs and took care of him with such compassion, skill and expertise! I highly recommend this SPECIAL place to take care of your loved one... We are so THANKFUL for the care they provided to Dad!

Grace Hill Ranch is undeniably a professional and gracious place for our loved ones. The staff goes over and above to be sure the care of each patient is taken care of. The comfort given to each patien, along with the visitors, is with true love within their hearts. I would recommend Grace Hill Ranch to anyone in need of care for a loved one.

I had to put my dad under hospice and after a few weeks it was clear that he needed more help then what a visiting nurse and hospice could handle. I was able to visit Grace Hill Ranch and within two days we had my dad at a new home! At the time there were four care givers for ten patients, WOW! I visited five assisted living homes and most of them only had one to two care givers for up to eight patients. One of my requirements was the assisted living place had to have a Hoyer lift. Daniela (the owner) had two Hoyer lifts, one electric and the other manual. She was able to lift me off the ground and put me on the couch. You would be amazed at how many places didn't even know how to work the Hoyer lift or the lift was still in the packing box. Unfortunately, my father passed away after two weeks at Grace Hill Ranch, but he was always taken care of. He was showered every third day, medicine given on time and even got to go outside when he was feeling up to it. Anne took many pictures of him throughout the day and sent them to me. I was there everyday or every other day and I could see the care he was given. One of the many things I liked about about Grace Hill Ranch is that they didn't let my dad sit in his room but brought him out to a common area, where they all could talk and see each other. Thank you, Grace Hill Ranch for taking care of my dad when he needed it the most.
