This beautiful home has given my mother’s visit an oath of youth source and lots of good memories along with the rest of the participants! The care givers are very caring and the owner is always around which made it a lot easier in all circumstances! I would strongly recommend this facility as a welcoming home for your dear ones!

Linda's warm and friendly demeanor created a nurturing environment, which helped my mom transition smoothly into her new living arrangement. Not only did Linda provide excellent physical care, but she also took the time to get to know my mom on a personal level. Her compassionate approach and willingness to go the extra mile demonstrated her deep understanding of the emotional needs of the residents. The entire assisted living home staff demonstrated a remarkable level of teamwork and dedication. My sweet mom, when in her 90s, needed more care 24/7 than I was able to give her. She is very sweet, quiet, and shy, also alert and savvy, AND hard of hearing. I looked for a group home where she would not be isolated in her room or apartment, where she would be comfortable around other people, and could retire to her room when she is tired. We visited several group homes, and Biltmore Assisted Living was THE BEST fit! Linda and owner, Tracy (the main caregivers) are both very sweet ladies. They really care about and know each of their elderly residents, their needs, food preferences, etc. Each person is treated as an individual in the family. And extended families are always welcome. The home is lovely, comfortable, and inviting. It is always a pleasure to visit. They have a new large dining room with floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the spacious green backyard, while sitting in climate-controlled comfort. The lovely yard is also available to go outdoors when the weather is comfortable. They are wonderful about celebrating Holidays during the year, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, Easter, Mothers’, and Fathers’ Days. Oh, and, of course, birthdays are a big deal! Mom has been a happy, peaceful resident there since 2016. In November 2022 they celebrated her 102nd birthday! As I watch her slow down, sleep more, eat less, I know she is always being given the excellent loving care she needs. How do I know? I visit often! GREAT HOME.When I found out my grandma was going to a nursing home I was scared because of what I heard about them. Biltmore assisted living is so wonderful. It’s a big home and she has her own bathroom. The STAFF is so friendly and really makes me feel like they really care about my grandma!! They are so festive about the holidays too!! The best part I love is the location!! It’s across from the Biltmore fashion center and we just sit outside the house and talk and people watch. Thank you Biltmore Assisted Living for all you do our family is so grateful.

Both of my parents are residents of Biltmore Assisted Living. It is a warm and caring place they made their home. I couldn’t be happier with the care they receive . The personnel seemed to very well know what they are doing. They were knowledgeable and understanding. My parents truly love the great location and how beautiful the home is. I feel that they care about my parents as they would their own. I couldn’t be happier or ask for more. No doubt is a 5 Star.
