This company is anything but honorable. As a former employee I would never hire this company to care for my loved ones. Do not get me wrong. There are a few good caregivers who are unfortunate enough to work for this company. However, based on what my clients have said the good ones are few and far between. I do not blame them though. This companys training process is laughable. There is reason they have a high turn over rate. There is very little communication between the caregivers and supervisors. This company relies on an app and text messages with various remote workers. The entire time of my employment which was about a year, I only met one supervisor, one time, for a few minutes. It seems they only care about profits and having a body present in the house. I wanted to do something good for my community and make a little money. This company pays less than most gas stations and fast food places. But after my experience here I am questioning the entire caregiving industry. The only good thing to come out of my experience was that I had the honor to get to know some very good people, the customers and their families. But this company creates an enviroment that is not caring nor compassionate. I am disappointed and disheartened by my experience here. Also, if you are a current employee make sure you use up your sick pay because when you have finally had enough and decide to quit they will not pay you the sick pay that you have earned.

I can HIGHLY recommend Home Instead (Central Phoenix). Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and you can tell there's passion in everything they do, from the administrative (behind-the-scenes) side to how they care for seniors.

I have shared this company to all my friends, family, and co workers who have aging family or family members that need assistance but prefer in home care so your loved ones can still have a more natural environment. I know of a lot of people who look at assisted living being thousands of dollars but I find there pricing reasonable. They have staff that are helpers and staff that are medical. They treat my family with dignity and respect.

Home Instead has helped my mom live with respect and freedom. Becky Gonzalez is her favorite. She is kind and generous with her care and laughter!
