I have been with AH4R on and off for about 10 years now. Been through some ups and downs with them but as of this last year or two I have been completely happy with the property managers I have dealt with. C. Wright has been absolutely amazing during the transition process of a new property manager and has been on top of everything. Always with prompt responses and answers all of my question making sure the needs of my family are met.

Awesome Experience from Start to Finish. Never any pressure to rent a unit from a sales person, as you can check out the homes on your own using a smart phone. I loved that! I also love that the homes utilize all the space provided, there is no dead space. We love the Harry Potter closet as well, it saves us so much room in the garage. Thank you for creating these homes for renters like us!

George was amazing came in the fix the dishwasher and ended up fixing a few other items for us. Very polite a gave us some tips and tricks on a few household things. Would love to have him return for any future repairs.

If I could give no stars I would! This is absolutely the WORST rental place you could go thru. There is absolutely NO communication when things happen! They DON'T help or escalate any situation they just let you think they do! Property managers change so frequently and again NO type of communication to the tenants of who to call. You call customer service and all they do is tell you they can't do anything but forward you to whoever your property manager is and they are 99.9% of the time unavailable. 5 years living at our property and have not been able to speak to ONE person at all about any issues we have or had have. Called 2 weeks in a row to our property manager and voice mails says she checks it maybe once a day?! Say what??? How is that even possible! Emails she says she checks daily.....it's been 2 weeks since I have emailed and still NO response! This company SUCKS at any communication to anyone! I would never rent thru them and DON'T recommend them to anyone!!!!

Fixed our toilet handle, fixed the plugged toilet and fixed the toilet paper roll. Very professional, courteous and kind. He loves dogs too and our dog is 1 yr and 2 months. So getting used to new. Of course crated him when he arrived. Thank you! 🙏
