MORNINGSTAR AT GOLDEN RIDGE

My mom has been a resident for a little over a month now. While there were a few hiccups early on, I am so pleased with all staff. From Luis, always willing to go above and beyond to find solutions to issues; James the sous chef that took so much time to meet with my mom to find out about her dietary needs; all of the staff in the dining room is absolutely amazing; and front desk personnel always make you feel welcome. The med techs take phenomenal care of my mom to make sure she gets what she needs, and just to make her feel at home. I appreciate having her somewhere where I know she is safe and cared for. All residents that I have spoken with seem very happy to be there, as well.

We recently selected MorningStar Golden Ridge for our parents and are so happy with our choice. The team at MorningStar is just terrific - warm, friendly, professional and always very helpful. We now have peace of mind knowing Dad and Mom are comfortable in a caring community!

We had my mother in another facility and she was miserable. We moved her to Morningstar senior living at Goldenridge and within a week we saw her smiling something we hadn't seen for a couple of years. She likes the staff, she says they are friendly. She.also likes the food. The place is really clean and doesn't smell like other senior living facilities we have been in.

I worked with Luis at Morningstar to move my brother there, and I could not have asked for a more helpful professional. I was having to find a place from my home two thousand miles away under very complicated circumstances, and his response time was fast. He went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible at a very difficult time. The other staff members have been super nice and accommodating. Highly recommend.

If I could give a 0 star I would. The management is so under qualified. I can't believe that Morning Star does not send management and Leads for some kind of training. It is truly a gross abuse of authority. And if you are white, you are definitely discriminated against. It's the biggest facid, they may be kind to their patrons but believe me there is so much more going on there. I would not trust them with my loved ones care for one minute. Very, very sad company.
