Do not place your loved ones here. Nor apply for work here. I've never worked anywhere that is so incredibly disorganized, unsafe for both employees and residents! They have lied about my behavior, those that know me...will attest against these lies. See photos! Active black mold, I was literally sick the entire time this went on. Was sent to some RN phone number that never picked up. Residents are looked at at $$$. Onee had a head injury and NEVER saw a Dr. Literally fell, hit her head and was never dealt with. Not 1 caregiver knows how to use a fire extinguisher. Let alone knows where they are located. The "Director" harbors mean girl Jr. High school behavior. If you do not get a return email or call. It will bee lied about or ignored. How can any company run without email for over a month. Money is spent on "what looks good" instead of basic safety needs. They have been reported to the States Health Dept. And heads should roll soon! Completely unprofessional, clickish, and entirely out of compliance in property and resident care! The last photo is in MEMORY CARE!!! WORKERS PREPARING AND CLEANING IN THIS SINK. BLACK MOLD ON THE "cheap press board used instead of actual cabinets. Director stated. "No ot worried about that, they are going to be replaced soon anyway". What kind of lack of knowledge or care is at work here!

The staff at Arbor Rose has made my Mom happy, cared for, & she feels safe. Mom was reluctant to go into Assisted Living, however, the staff has quelled those concerns. They engage with her, even signing along with a song she is listening to! Arbor Rose has allowed us to make her room her very own. Mom said recently, “I’m tickled pink with my room!” Thank you, Arbor Rose(Mesa) for taking such great care of my Mom!! 🩷

Arbor rose staff went over and beyond to help with any questions we had and made our family feel secured about placing our grandma at arbor rose, the care they give is as if the care for their own family. They treat all resident with respect and dignity, very satisfied with arbor rose and their care staff. Francisco makes sure all his residents are taken care of and clean he’s always smiling and very welcoming.

We LOVE Arbor! My Father has been in this community for two years now and the staff and management have been amazing! Dylan the main manager has been amazing through the COVID pandemic. Julie and Sally are both phenomenal with his care and it feels like family when we enter. We love the smaller cottage atmosphere where the resident is not just a number. Thank you Arbor for everything! We as a family appreciate your love and care for dad.
