THE VILLAGE AT OCOTILLO

We moved in on 9/2/23 for my husband to receive Assisted Living services. We have been very pleased with our choice. The apartment is great and staff is friendly and helpful. Meals are delicious with lots of choices. Lots of activities to choose from. We highly recommend you consider Village at Ocotillo if looking for a home for yourself or a family member.

Me and beautiful birthday girl Ella (9)decided to check out club and were greeted by Kim at front desk. Kim’s performance during our tour of the Village Health Club and Spa in Chandler was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we stepped in, her warmth and professionalism were immediately evident. She guided us through the facility with expertise, answering all our questions and providing valuable insights into the club’s offerings. Kim’s knowledge of the amenities and services offered at the Village Health Club and Spa was impressive. She highlighted the key features of the club, from the state-of-the-art fitness center to the luxurious spa and relaxation areas. Her enthusiasm and passion for the club’s offerings were infectious, making us even more excited about the prospect of becoming members. What truly stood out was Kim’s personalized approach. She took the time to understand our specific needs and preferences, tailoring the tour to showcase areas and services that would be most relevant to us. Her attention to detail and genuine interest in ensuring our visit was enjoyable and informative made a significant difference. In addition to her knowledge and personalized service, Kim’s friendly demeanor and professionalism made the entire experience enjoyable. She made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the tour, and we left with a strong sense that the Village Health Club and Spa was the perfect fit for us. Overall, Kim’s exceptional performance during our tour left a lasting impression. Her expertise, personalized approach, and warm hospitality were exemplary. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience, and it’s largely thanks to Kim. My dear wife, Barbara, and I recently lived very happily for two months in an assisted-living apartment at The Village of Ocotillo. Until Barbara’s collage of serious illnesses (which included acute bowel and lung infections) required another type of facility, we had hoped to stay indefinitely and we would have stayed indefinitely if not for the significant shifts in Barbara’s medical condition. Throughout our memorable time at this unconditionally magnificent place, we were treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and generosity. We did not meet so much as a single person who treated us otherwise. The activity, caregiver, food-service, maintenance, and reception staff — mainly, in our experience, Alex, Ashyton, Caroline, Chiffon, Curtis, Emae, Erika, Grace, Lisa, Lou, Mandy, Mary, Mauricio, Megan, Monica, Nancy, Naomi, Orlando, Ovenia, Pam, Peggy, Raymond, Riva, Roxy, and Thelma— did their momentous work happily, efficiently, and charmingly. They made our experience there joyful and constructive. The administrative staff of The Village — mainly, in our experience, Amanda, Codi, Kees, Leah, Sandi, and Tugba (the facility’s luminous Executive Director) — have crafted a thoroughly exceptional institution, an institution in which the needs, wishes, and safety of its residents are the foremost priorities. Barbara and I are, and shall always remain, rightly and profoundly grateful to the top-drawer people of The Village for their peerless contributions to the happiness and welfare of the residents they so lovingly and effectively care for. They are a community treasure of the first rank in our view.

The Village At Ocotillo (TVO) Review What makes a good assisted living facility? High level of cleanliness, well maintained premises, ample professional staff, an environment that is homey and safe, with fun filled and engaging activities and utmost respect for privacy. From the perspective of an employee for more than 13 years, I can confidently say that TVO offers all of the aforementioned services. What better proof is there than the fact that most residents who tried our facility for a few months ended up staying long term. Transferring to other states is the main reason for those who didn’t stay long, never the quality of the care and services provided. The circumstances of us moving to the Village were totally unexpected. We were unable to plan for the move. Other facilities were recommended to us. It didn’t take much research to see that the Village at Ocotillo fit our needs best. Much has justifiably been posted about the facilities. But, it is the people who make the Village the outstanding home for us and other retirees. The helpful attitude of every staff member shows in every aspect of living here. To expect perfection is unrealistic. But, we get the strong feeling that the goal of every staff is perfection. Rather than make excuses about issues that arise, they take everything seriously.
