MOSAIC GARDENS MEMORY CARE AT CHANDLER

As an ex employee, I did not like my experience at Mosaic. The meals were always served cold. The management is very unorganized. The caregivers were all very nice and knew their positions and cared about the residents, but you could tell by the looks on their faces that they weren’t totally happy. Likely due to low morale brought on by the management team. Who wants to go to work and be miserable for 8- 12 hours. Not me! This is my opinion and observation.

My wife of 46 years has Alzheimer's . I looked at a lot of places for memory care . This was the best choice I thought and prayed . And I was right . The whole staff has been great . I go everyday , they allow visitors 24 hours a day . I have been there during the day and into the night and have met and seen all of the staff . I have seen how they treat the residents and how they work , how they clean , how they feed them and what they feed them . I am so happy with my decision. I believe my beautiful wife will someday know I loved her so much to have her in a caring place as Mosaic Gardens Chandler .

My wife of 70 years is in her fourth month as a guest of this care facility. During this period, she has become involved in all of the activity that is provided there. This includes creativity in art and music to challenge her from the darker days before her arrival there. The attendants and providers are charmed by her response to their efforts. I truly believe that the time she has spent there, has enhanced her personality from the grim days she was troubled with terrible thoughts and behavior. There is no doubt in my mind that leadership and devotion to duty at the Avenir have provided her a happier life.

From our first visit to check the place out (and of course have lunch), through day program activities for respite, and our past 15 months of residency we have been very pleased with Chandler Memory Care's service. Our loved one expanded her family to the memory care staff. It is obvious they truly know her personally when we call with concerns or to request an update. We are welcome to come and go and spend time at the residence, joining with activites and having a meal. Mare and her staff provide a wonderful array of activities and events...for residents and family. We toured numerous facilities, but this one was far and above all the others.

My mother is currently staying at Chandler Memory Care. She has been staying there for 3 months. They taking very good care of her. Teresa and the other nurses are just wonderful.
