CLOSED - BROOKDALE ARROWHEAD RANCH

My brother and I was very thankful for Brianna the sales representative. She made this difficult process of placing our aging mother much easier. Our mother has been treated with respected by the caring staff. She seems to be happier being there.

My mom has been at Brookdale for several months now, and I cannot be happier with her care! They go beyond with all of the activities and keep her happy and entertained. She is clean and well cared for. And the communication has been awesome. She is in the memory care section, and I feel that they take very good steps to keep them safe and secure. The staff here is so loving, and they truly seem to care about the residents.

I have good feelings about this place though my dad has only been here for three days. Everyone is nice and serious about they’re job. Which I like very much. The food looks so delicious I’m glad my dad is getting good meals. They are quick on getting things done if needed and I’ve been very appreciative of that. So helpful thank you, Brookdale!

The aides are lazy, Sharon you know that's you. My mother was always dirty. The aides were rough with her and neglectful. Brookdale doesn't want patients who in their mind cause trouble. They just over medicate them so they sleep all the time. Shame on all of you. Do not send a loved one to the dementia Claire Bridge unit!

We have my mother here in the assisted living side, she does suffer from Alzheimer’s and I found the staff to be caring and administrators are very good about communicating on any issue that may arise. She has been there for over two years and we are very happy with the care she receives. I did notice that since Brokedale took over the administration has become come much more proactive with the communication we receive. The staff does a very good job with the care they provide. Patrick
