CADENCE CHANDLER

My mom’s longtime boyfriend moved here before the holiday. It’s been a slow adjustment for him as he’s always been in a large home. He likes it from what I see. The facility is gorgeous and very modern. I’ve had lunch with him a few times and the staff makes him laugh.

The therapy team here is wonderful, and the staff are very nice. Beautiful building, and friendly people living here.

Cadence is amazing with my sister and brother in law. They have the best Culinary team, Brandon has gone above and beyond. The food is delicious! We are incredibly thankful for De Anna who met with my family and was so patient, caring and empathetic to our needs. What an asset she is to Cadence. Kim is wonderful with engaging the residents and always has something fun going on! We love this place! Best decision we ever made.

My father just moved in a week ago and is still adjusting to leaving his longtime home. The staff have all been ready to help, very pleasant and made themselves available to answer questions. Luis the maintenance technician has been exceptionally available and accommodating for my father and getting everything in working order even with Dad’s hearing difficulty. I think a more user friendly map of Cadence Chandler might be helpful for new people and guests, Bigger print for the amenities and their location. The one given out on tours and welcome packet is very small and print needs BOLDER lettering. Thank you staff, for your kind patience and attention to us both in the one week he has been there.

Thanks to Jack Cook and Michelle I enjoyed an excellent tour. The modern look and amenities are such a change from the Robson Reserve where I now reside. Though I am not in position to go through another move at this time, Cadence is at the top of my list. I will be evaluating the situation into next February. Len
