BROOKDALE CENTRAL CHANDLER

My five star rating is due to a very special woman that works in the memory care department. I have a love one that resides there and I pop in often to check on her. She's always happy and she tells me how much she likes the workers. When I visit I stay to observed how my love one interacts with staff and peers. The staff that really stands out is Erica. I observed her engaging with clients and the activities she does with them is very appropriate. She makes sure all clients that are participating in the activities has special attention. Thank you Erica for all you do. Being in Mental health myself I know it's not an easy job. You do it do Well. I know from experience it may look easy from someone looking from the outside. Everyday is a different day and a different challenge. God bless you. Thank you Brookdale.

Mary Ferolie has been a pleasure to work with and has been so helpful to me. I can not thank her enough for her kindness and guidance. She answered all my questions and always got back to me promptly. We moved my mom in and everyone welcomed her when she arrived and I thought they went above and beyond. They have helped with her room and getting her all set up with what she needed. Chris and his team have been so helpful. I can't say enough about the care here and the friendly people. You can tell it is a great place because everyone that lives here is smiling and happy. Keep doing what you are doing! Thank you for helping us and making the transition easier on all of us! We work at a few of the retirement homes in the area and Brookdale is by far the best! Such a beautiful and clean facility. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Denise goes above and beyond for all of her residents. Would highly recommend bringing your loved ones here.

I have been employed by Brookdale for more than five years. I have worked in several communities and this facility is by far the best. The team here communicates and have a great relationship with helping the residents. Our ED Denise is one of the best ED's that I have worked with. She truly cares about the residents and there needs. We truly love this community and its residents!

The management are fantastic. They seem to care about all the residents. To me they go above and beyond what you would expect. The executive Denise, is always available to the residents and family members. I would recommend Brookdale Central Chandler to anyone looking for a great place for a loved one.
