THE PEAKS, A SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY

If I could, I would give this place zero stars!! Do not bring your loved ones here. My grandpa has been here for a little over a week and we have visited every single day asking multiple staff members, nursing and front desk, for an update on his medical health. None were able to give us any valuable information. They continuously stated they didn't know which was an issue in its own! One nurse finally gave us a little information and said their front desk/social workers do not collaborate with the nurses or transport with appointments and other information, because of this, he missed an important appointment. The nurse said WE are the ones who are supposed to do collaborate with everyone but how can we when no one could tell us any information?! My family and I would sit with him every day and when the nurses came in none of them would ask how he is doing or how he's feeling. Just come right in do what they need to do with a sour attitude and leave. The only nurse I had a good experience with was Robin but she was only his nurse for one night. Isn't that what they are supposed to be there for? Is to help the elderly and other's who can't help themselves. Such a sad environment with no compassion! I'm very disappointed with this establishment.

My mother is at this place right now and it’s horrible! Mom has been there over a week and her sheets and her room have not been cleaned since she has been there! Her dirty clothes are in a bag on the floor ! We found out they don’t give them but small cup of water at a time never have we seen ice !when you go in you don’t see any staff, patients call buttons are going off but they said they are really short on staff! !moms medical needs are not being met! I highly recommend you visit this place before you put a loved one there!

As a Hospice volunteer, I have been privileged to observe how amazing the staff here treats patients! I have grown to love the Peaks because of this! They are caring and loving, and what a difference their care has made! I highly recommend this place for loved ones !

My Mom has been in 3 different assisted living communities.The Peaks is 5 stars way above the others! The staff is caring kind and go above and beyond. It takes a team to make things run so smoothly.When Mom needs something any employee near is willing to help and they do it with kindness.Thank you for making such a difficult time easier for both of us.I would recommend The Peaks to anyone needing assisted living.

Sometimes people give bad reviews for a place like this when they had a bad experience. Sometimes the people who had good experiences don't take the time to write. My father was here at the Peaks for a few months before he passed. They treated him like he was all their fathers. When he got sick, the whole staff cried. I personally have lived in independent living myself thinking it would be like the Peaks while living in Albuquerque, and I was terribly mistaken. The Peaks is amazing. You know, sometimes, you don't know what you got until it is gone. This is a fantastic place. Trust me, I tried 3 places myself and perhaps I may come to the Peaks and move back to Flag. I would give you 10+ stars if I could. It was so wonderful to see how much you cared for my father, Frank Anthony Sibbio♥
