SUN HEALTH GRANDVIEW ASSISTED LIVING SERVICES

We have lived here for over nine months and find every thing to be first class. We were welcomed by not only the employees, but by many of the residents living here. Our condo is spacious at 1535 sq feet. The food is excellent and the three restaurants all provide good seating and the employees who serve you are courteous and very efficient. The exercise program is also outstanding and the classes have really helped me to have much better balance and strength so I no longer need my walker or cane to feel safe. The entertainment is always of excellent quality and frequent. My wife and I looked at many places before moving here and we feel we have made the very best choice. We moved here from a beutiful home on Desrt springs golf course in Sun City Grand and are very happy after the move.

My parents have lived here since 2016. I can’t say enough good things about the place. The people are very caring, the food is delicious (yes really!). Beautiful decor. I love that they have immediate access to EMTs and nurse if needed. Fun activities if they want. My father had to use the memory care and skilled nursing across the street - it was a seamless move and my mom was able to visit him daily. The staff knew them both. I highly recommend this place!

We have been living here at GVT independent living for 6 months and totally love it! The residents are so friendly, the food is consistently delicious, & the exercise programs have been incredibly helpful for my husband!! He has increased his strength & balance and is now very stable. Having left our beautiful golf course home of 20 years in Sun City Grand, we have never looked back. It is a pleasure being here.

We have been living here for nearly 5 years, and really enjoy this place. The condos are spacious and well maintained, but the best part is the activities provided and the friendly and helpful staff. We enjoy the exercise classes, and activities such as karaoke , line dancing, trivia, bingo, reduced tickets to plays with free bus, live entertainment once or twice a month, Saturday night movies and much more. We also have 5 star food in our restaurants. To sum up, this is a great place to live.

We moved to GVT about 3 months ago and absolutely love it. Everyone is very friendly and helpful which makes us feel right at home and part of the family. They have many activities available each week and you can be as busy or as reclusive as you want to be. We have gotten involved with the fitness classes and workout in the well equipped gym which is helping us with our strength, balance and mobility. The three instructors, Jamie, Karen, and Janet, are very caring, helpful, and knowledgeable and they make exercising fun. The food in the Marketplace and the Dining Room is outstanding and they cater to all types of diets and restrictions. There is only one negative thing in our mind and that is ... "we wish we would have moved here sooner". If you're looking for your forever earthly home, be sure to check out GVT! You'll be glad you did!
