ROBSON RESERVE AT SUN LAKES

In-laws moved in spring of 2022, and they love it! Staff is friendly and helpful! They recently sold their car, but staff will take you almost anywhere you want to go on a bus. There is a mileage limit. But the limit is far, so no problems there. No car is a big money saver towards monthly rent! Once a week light cleaning and linen change provided. In-laws are picky eaters, and they complain about anything as a hobby, so they say the food is, "alright." We have eaten there a several times and the food has been very good. Blueberry pie was amazing! There are many opportunities and activities to interact with others! Open computers, pool table, gym, and ice cream parlor are some of the communal areas. It's over 5 grand a month for one bedroom, one bath, full kitchen, and laundry machines provided in bath area, but that includes 2 meals a day, cleaning as mentioned, and transportation to stores, doctors, religious places, etc. Considering rent prices lately, then not that bad.

I am from Tucson and heard Robson had Assisted Living in the Phoenix market. I have always appreciated how beautiful Saddlebrooke is… and was eager to see this community. It is beautiful! It definitely didn’t disappoint. There was a group of guys shooting pool in the lounge, a few playing cards, and live entertainment in another area! I loved that people looked genuinely happy! It was nice to see in such a tough time in the world.

I absolutely LOVE working at the Renaissance. I've been working here since 2013, left for a year after I graduated college, then came back and was welcomed with open arms by all the staff. The managers know what they're doing. Those who disagree are ones who don't receive the outcomes they feel they deserve. Working in the Business Office, I have seen every manager work with their employees and try to come up with reasonable solutions to oncoming problems. Heidi is an amazing director who not only listens to the troubles and concerns of staff, but of residents as well. She then takes a huge amount of initiative to make sure staff and residents alike are happy. She's firm, and she's fair, just like the rest of the managers at the Renaissance. The decor and furnishings throughout the building are beautiful, and have added a much more modern yet homey feel to the entire building. The residents are friendly and so grateful for all the work that gets put in by our staff every day. From what I've seen and dealt with, they know that if they have a concern, it'll get addressed. I love my job at the Renaissance and I love the atmosphere that I walk into every day surrounded by hard working individuals.

I love the Renaissance. The residents are super cool. The Servers at the Bistro are also very friendly and attentive. The chef is amazing! They do this special event every 1st Wednesday of the Month called "A Meal in the Life" where the Executive Chef does a live cooking demonstration in the middle of the dining room for all of the guests to see and taste. Every month is food from a different country.. he just did Meatballs from Italy and the month before it was Lamb Kabobs from Morocco!

The resident suites are clean and versatile. The staff has been very supportive and helpful during my mom's move. There are so many activities to keep you busy. The food has always been great in the dining area and the waitstaff very courteous
