JOSHUA SPRINGS SENIOR LIVING

I’ve been in communication with Nicole. C at Joshua Springs for the past couple of months while trying to find the right Assisted living facility for my Mother. Nicole and the other team members at Joshua Springs have blow the competition out the water. Joshua springs is on another level of care. The facility is clean, warm and inviting. The staff is friendly, caring and they provide a cheerful environment for their residents. Nicole and the rest of the staff has provided me and my family with so much comfort, knowing that our loved one is taken care of, and treated with dignity. 12/10 would recommend

Mckenna is a great care giver.She always ask if I need anything else before she leaves my room.Also she makes sure my trash is empty.She is always cheerful and we always find something to laugh about.

I was helped by a lovely young lady named Nicolle Gallardo, she was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this facility.

My mother lives here and sometimes I cannot get a hold of her and when I call to have someone check on her , I get an attitude ... I called today 3 times and each time they said they would check and I never heard anything . Last time I called I was told my Sunmer that they used an employee charger for my mom's phone because it was dead but nobody ever called me to let me know . And the way she spoke to me was very unprofessional.

The staff is wonderful by making you feel welcomed here at Joshua Springs.
