HIGHGATE SENIOR LIVING OF PRESCOTT LAKES

I want to share how amazing everyone at Highgate are. My mom has improved so much since moving there. Everyone has shown caring and compassion to every resident. They take the extra moments to give each resident the kind of respectful attention and interaction to improve their day in a very personal way. No two residents are treated the same. The staff all learn the way each one receives kindness and compassion and that is what they give them. The transition is never easy, but in a short time they all became treasured friends. Mom is now living the best life possible. Thank you all for letting her have a full joy filled life again.

My mom and cousin are both in residence at the Cottage at Highgate in Prescott. The care at this home away from home is amazing! Every staff member has a smile and a gentle way with each patient and visitor. Each caregiver knows the individual needs of their patients. You have to be a special person to attend to the needs of people with dementia. The Cottage has hired some of the best! Isabelle, the director, keeps family well informed. She offers support and assistance as we navigate the many levels of dementia.

It was a stressful time to try to find an Assisted Living Community apartment for my 94 year old Mother. We needed to find an apartment for her before she could be released from the hospital. Kim Noir at Highgate in Prescott, AZ was wonderful in helping us secure an apartment for Mom. She has been at Highgate almost nine months, and has settled in very nicely. She is well looked after by the caretaker staff, restaurant staff, and medicine administrators. Mom has met some very nice residents. The staff keeps them busy with activities like bingo, guest speakers and crafts. And, Mom always looks forward to the daily evening movie.

Worked here for a short time and I was treated very badly! I loved the residents, but it was a very bad experience for a job. 👎 ***Update in response to owner*** I did contact HR but as I assumed nothing was done. I know well what I personally went through at your facility and there is no reason for me to lie about it now especially since I am very happy and love where I am now.

My 90 YO Aunt has been at Highgate since December 2022. She has improved since her broken hip last November and is doing well at Highgate. She has made new friends with some of the residents and she likes the kind and professional staff there.
