RUN, RUN FAR AWAY... I wish I could give negative 5 stars... It stinks that when you are in a small town you are stuck with what is available. This place is terrible. My father was there in the assisted living area because of a broken ankle, he was not able to go home. They rarely called me to discuss his care. He had a large unattended cut on his right tibia that was never dressed or cared for properly. He had a leak in his bowel that eventually caused sepsis which caused his death. He was taken to the hospital and no one from Haven called me until the next day. Then they sent his records and claimed they looked in on him... AFTER he had already passed. Do not send your love one here if you can avoid it. The facility is terrible and even the residents of Show Low know it. All of his friends and neighbors would tell me how horrible Haven is and how much they wished he could have been somewhere else.

I work for a hospital and frequently speak with Tony. Every interaction is straightforward and so easy to work with. He always goes above and beyond to get patients thier facility. I appreciate him and all his hard work!

Haven healthcare of SHOW LOW has staff that truly go the extra mile for their patients. SNF's (skilled nursing facility) are hard to staff, have an abundance of heavy patients who are HARD to take care of and manage, and are endlessly an uphill climb. SNF's are not easy to manage, they are NEVER perfect, and yet this location truly cares about their patients and strive to do their best at all times. If you have a need, have a problem, need to vent, don't agree with your loved ones care plan etc, please talk with Kara Litke (Director of Nursing). She will do the very best she can to help and put your worries to rest, as well as her team. They have made great changes this last year, and it shows! Thank you all for what you do day in and day out!

Hello I am the DOM at haven of show low and I just wanted to drop in and let everyone know that this place has some of the best staff available. I would highly recommend employment and or having a loved one in the facility, they will have top notch care, and all their wants and needs will be met as needed.

Haven is a wonderful place where the staff really care. There has been some positive change!
