I currently work at The Garnet of Casa Grande. I have worked in many places over my career in the last 27 years. I have to say, I have never come across more dedicated and amazing care staff. Their longevity proves it is an amazing place to work. I am proud to call all of the amazing people there my work family! If you’d like to come visit, we welcome you at anytime. This community has so much heart. For the leadership team and the staff, this is not just a job. They genuinely care about their residents and it shows. From the social and mind-stimulating activities to the loving care that is provided, this is an excellent community. I would trust The Garnet to care for my loved ones, without a doubt.

I worked here for a short time as a Manager for the care staff with the hope of long term. Management does not have an open door policy. I communicated my concerns to my trainer and Manager, both did not want to listen and the response was a write up. Facility is always short staffed, exhausting the caregivers who currently work there and scramble to care for the residents. Care staff is short multiple times causing residents to not get showers as scheduled. Leads and Carestaff Managers are constantly on their phones. The only one who seems to have consistent work ethic and is very hard working is Night shift Med Aid. Do not recommend this as a place to work or for your loved ones. There is a constant roach and mouse problem. Rat was found in a resident's window fan. Executive Director of the facility constantly has roach problem in her office as well as a mouse.

Omg if you haven’t seen the TikTok of this place you need to before you put your loved one in here. It’s a video of the absolute filth this poor guys dad lived in there. Go check it out. I hope this place was nailed by elderly care abuse in this state. Go watch it
