EVERGREEN VILLAGE PRESCOTT

My mother is 85yo and has vascular dementia, which means she is slowly losing her memory. She needs assistance in managing her meds, showering, meals, transportation and staying socially connected. Fortunately, we found Evergreen Village five years ago, and she has been very happy living there ever since; mostly due to the care of their amazing staff. The facilities and apartments are lovely, providing a very homey and personal environment. EVERY room has a patio, large closets and an outdoor storage area, making transition from a home a little bit easier. Management is extremely involved in every aspect of the community. My only contrary comment is to their corporate management, in that they can always use more staff so that they are not so overworked. But, as we all know, getting good help today is difficult. And Evergreen will not settle for anyone less than 100% dedicated to their profession, whether it be hands-on caregiving, providing transportation, dining room staff, nursing staff, etc. Mom loves them all, and they love her like family. What they are able to accomplish for the price we pay (considerably less than most) is admirable. They are even there for ME as Mom's only involved family member. We are very grateful to have found them.

From what I heard even the managers that suppose to be professional , and mature have shown the lack of respect or control to there employees imagine they shot on employees imagine how seniors are treated . I speak from facts not stories this is Trinity's mother Tony from cafeteria not only you threaten my daughter I will be seeking legal representation she's a minor and no one professional in a job or ur career addresses anyone in that matter I am sure you'll never get away with your getting as mouth You must not have kids or any self respect I will be contacting ur superior with my attorney prim example why getti people like it self belittling s minor you should not be around those seniors with with ur angry problems

Everyone at Evergreen is amazing. As far as care goes, they leave no stone unturned. Because of their personal touch and attention to detail they have allowed me to be a son to my dad again instead of a caregiver. As far as I'm concerned, they all walk on water. If you're thinking of care for your elderly loved one, Evergreen is the place to be.

we love the atmosphere at Avista/Evergreen senior living. they really seem to care about their residents. the staff is very attentive and responsive to their needs. they seem to have alot of activities to keep the residents happy. We are transferring my mother there as soon as we are able to. the food is the best of all the senior facilities in the area and their front office is efficient and easy to work with. i would highly recommend them.

The facility is great and the staff is amazing. My brother and I chose Avista for our Mom because the facility was nice and her apartment was the best I have seen. She has a living room, separate bedroom, a patio with a great view (see pic) and a storage closet. We were worried about being in a different state but the staff at Avista is so helpful. We have constant updates on our Mom (non-urgent and urgent), they help her to Dr. Appointments, help her/us with prescriptions, helped a lot when she had a small heart incident, essentially help with everything. Everytime we talk to our Mom, she talks about how much she likes it there. We couldn't be happier and luckier with the support our Mom receives and the communication we get from Avista.
