Kylee was so incredibly helpful during a difficult time. She understood our need to move quickly to get our father settled in a new care home and was responsive and caring throughout the process. Highly recommend !

I found myself in a unique situation. My father was placed in the care of the VA hospital and told he could not return to his home where he refused to be safe. His VA social worker gave me the number for Care Wise. From the first moment you listened and helped me find a place for my father. As his situation became more dire and he had to leave the facility he was in due to the fact they could not guarantee his safety, Genevieve sat in via conference call and listened to what we needed. Her team found The Villas at Green Valley. They were an amazing fit. My father thrived so much more than I could have imagined. Sadly he passed due to the nature of his disease. But I will always be grateful for the help and understanding I received from her and her team. Thank you.

Stacey Howard at Care Wise helped my Mom & me through a difficult time in life when we had absolutely no idea of what to do. My Mom had broken her ankle in 2 places and surgery was not an option for her. After 2 weeks in a skilled nursing facility she wasn’t ready to come home even though the facility was discharging her, regardless of us having zero ideas of what or where to go next. That was when Stacey entered the picture and changed our lives forever! He introduced himself to us at the facility and gave us hope and security. He walked us through the entire process, helping us figure out which option would be best for us, not only my Mom, but as a family unit too, then, he would send us options in our price range, arrange tours of assisted group homes, whatever I needed help with, Stacey was there to help us. It has been 2 1/2 months since we signed our contract with an assisted group home and Stacey still stays in contact with us to this day, making sure that everything is going okay for my Mom. I have a lot of respect for Stacey Howard and Care Wise. We could not have made it without them. They are someone that you can trust too.

I recently came to terms that I could no longer handle caring for my elderly mother by myself, and felt completely lost as to what to do next. We are very pleased with the assistance we received; our only issue is the facility, Vintage Hills, advertised on 2 different web pages, including CareWise that a shared room would be $3,000 per month...(we have screenshots of the ads which we are sure will be immediately updated/price increased upon seeing this review)... In reality, we are being charged $3,500...we chose this facility in part because the price of $3,000 was more in our budget, and again, it was advertised on 2 different web pages as $3,000 per month for a shared room, however, they will not honor...it is too difficult to move an aging parent again, and so there is nothing to be done, and that part is somewhat frustrating... but otherwise, we are pleased with all other aspects of the service we received involving CareWise, and this is not directly their fault...but having current pricing would be better for the families when deciding on a care facility for their loved one...

They listened to my needs and concerns and help guide me through the whole process. I'm forever grateful for the care they have shown in helping me to make the best decision for us.

When the decision was made to place my mom in assisted living I panicked. I had no idea of how to start the process. Could mom afford it? Genevieve at CareWise was recommended to me by a case manager. I am so grateful to her and her team! CareWise gave me options in my moms price range, set up tours of the facilities I chose and had Jeanette (one of the team) met me at those facilities to assist in answering questions I had. Jeanette listened to my feed back about the tours and made a recommendation for a facility that I had not chosen based on my feedback. She called that facility immediately to schedule a tour that day and off we went. It was and is perfect! My mom is now a resident of Sky Vista and loves it! I highly recommend the CareWise team!! There was never any pressure placed on me by them. They answered every question with patience and great knowledge. The service was free to me. My mom would not be where she is now without Jeanette and CareWise. My family will be forever grateful to them.

Care Wise helped me find and coordinate memory care on short notice so my dad could go from the hospital to memory care upon discharge. They coordinated tours and gave me preliminary information to make it easier to narrow down the facilities I was interested in seeing. They helped me coordinate with the hospital case manager to get my dad transferred quickly and smoothly. Their help and assistance throughout the process was invaluable.
