Information a referral partner shares with us about a patient or client so we can assist with placement.
Standard technical information collected by our hosting provider, such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry and provide senior placement assistance.
To research and confirm options with senior living communities and care providers on your behalf.
To coordinate tours, assessments, and transitions with providers you have asked us to contact.
To communicate with a referral source about a case when it is appropriate to do so.

Sharing

We share information with senior living communities, care providers, and referral partners only as needed to assist with your search or placement. We do not sell personal information.

We use service providers for website hosting and email. Those providers process information on our behalf.

We use Google Ads and the Google tag to share page visits, ad interactions, and call-conversion information with Google for ad measurement and call conversion tracking; tracking is skipped where consent is required or your browser signals an opt-out, and you can opt out through your browser’s privacy settings.

Your choices

You may ask us to stop contacting you, to correct information you have given us, or to delete information we hold about you. Email info@care-wise.com and we will respond.
