PACIFICA SENIOR LIVING TUCSON

The course of events directly after my moms dementia diagnosis were very challenging and I honestly don’t know what we would have done without the amazing team at Pacifica senior living. From Mary Lynn to Dale and then Anita, Suzanne, Cruz plus everyone else I missed mentioning. They all amazing people and I am so appreciative of both the work they do but even more so how they do it. I feel so blessed that we were able to transition my mom into their facility and know that she is in the best possible place for care. I can’t give enough praise to this amazing facility and team!!!

So thankful for the care and understanding the staff showed my mother. They were supportive every step of the way. The facility is very nice and the staff is very kind to their residents and family members. I can vouch for the food as I had it a few times...Quite tasty! This is where you want your loved one. Special thank you to Anita who let me text or call anytime with questions. She was and is my angel. She and other staff members even came in on their off days to help my mother since there were few she trusted. God bless all of you!!!

While the facility looks lovely and the staff friendly, I would like people to know, do NOT put all your eggs in this basket. We tried to get my parent in here and they were saying they'd accept my parent and it came down to it - they rejected them saying my parent needed too much care! My parent had to stay in the hospital for an extra week due to this. I put all my eggs in this basket - DO NOT! Have a back up even if this is your first choice. My biggest issue is they should of been more involved in my parents situation before telling me they accept everyone (except sliding scale insulin). Very frustrating. So for this, I can't recommend Pacifica. At the end of the day - I found a fantastic place that not only welcomed my father but took great care of him.

My dad has been a challenge for these guys, but they have been so caring and accommodating! I cannot express our gratitude for the help and continued care to get him to a very stable and highly functioning position. I cannot recommend this facility enough to anyone that is experiencing any issues with a loved one that may need assistance. It is a one stop shop and my dad LOVES it here! The food is excellent (in his opinion) and he loves the structure. We thank everyone there for their patience and the caregivers in his building have been top notch and amazingly hospitable to our continued visits and his "headstrong" personality.

Pacifica is an amazing facility! It's got a large campus, and they have a great loving and caring staff! I've been privileged to be able to perform here for the better part of two years and they are always welcoming and go the extra mile for their residents! It's truly a joy to see the reactions of their residents and staff, dancing and singing along. It's a blessing to be a part of!
