I love the family environment. Staff was so inviting when i toured the facility. Mom is happy she got a two bedroom unit so she can still do her art. She also gets to visit all the pets that are in there.

I feel that Brookdale is the best place that I have lived and comparing this facility with 3 facilities I lived in Colorado. I especially like its location, close to many shopping facilities and a big Gym.

I am so impressed by this facility and the staff here at Brookdale Central PV. This place is a perfect fit! My mom moved in at the beginning of February 2021. We thought it was going to be a big adjustment but the staff at Brookdale are fantastic. I am sincere when I say this place and its employees went above and beyond to see that my mom had an easy transition from living independently in her own home, to moving into assisted living.
I want to thank Wesley who helped us get the perfect apartment leased and ready to move in, Angelisa at the front desk who from the very start knew both my sister and I by name whenenever we came in, Jori and Briana who helped get my mom's health care in order before she was released from rehab. Both Bobs who visited my mom so many times when she first arrived, hoping to convince her to participate in some activities. They didn't give up and she now goes to Bingo daily! The many aides on mom's floor who give her hugs, visit with her and are just so friendly, I can't say enough about the people who work there. I wish I knew more of the employees by name as I'd mention them too. We haven't come across one employee who wasn't professional, helpful and just extremely friendly! Even the maintenance guys are over the top in helpfulness!
It is true, the place has been around for a while and it may seem a bit dated to some. However, our family sees it as a very clean, comfortable and well run facility. The apartments are cute. Our mom loves the food and the activities are fun. The aides on the floor check on mom all the time and know her by name. The facility is slowly opening all the fun things they had prior to the pandemic and we can't wait to see this place in full swing.
I waited until our mom had been at Brookdale for a while before writing this review. I wanted to make sure the great treatment didn't stop after we signed paperwork and moved our mom in. We are as happy as ever with our decision to move our mom into Brookdale Central Paradise Valley. It turned out to be the best decision we could have made for our mom!!

My mother-in-law recently decided that she wanted to move back to AZ, so we researched senior communities that might be a good fit for her. I was VERY impressed with the speedy responsiveness, thorough follow-up, and overall EXCELLENT customer service that I received from both Kevin Pugh and Wesley Wilkins! They went "above & beyond" as they answered our many questions, arranged video tours, and found an affordable apartment and level of care that would be just right for her. We were also impressed with the number of tenured employees at this community who are truly passionate about taking care of the residents' needs. I highly recommend this community.
