I personally have been a Concierge at Acoya Mesa for over 3 years now and I enjoy my job every day as if it was the first day all over again. From meeting new residents and their families, to sharing memories with the residents and family members I have been encountering from my first day. I enjoy seeing the smiles, haring the laughs, and being a part of what we call the 'Acoya Family'. The holidays are the best, along with our common occurrence of parties! I'm excited to see what the future holds for Acoya Mesa and the future residents and employees to come!

My mother and I have shared a 2 bedroom apartment at Acoya Mesa for almost a year now. Food is great whether we order from the daily gourmet options, or order from the hamburger, pizza, salad, sandwich menu available at all meals. Cheers to our chef Wallis. Weekly housekeeping, daily activities, transportation to doctors and shopping is all much appreciated. Staff work together as a team supporting each other and everyone has the well being of the residents as their main goal. Cannot say enough good about Director Mindy and all of the staff here.

Absolutely love this community. Mindy the Executive Director is so passionate about her residents and the care they receive. Monica who over sees the memory care is very patient with her residents and Chris has been there at every shift that I’ve stopped into. Thank you Acoya for being amazing to our seniors. ♥️

I've been employed with Acoya Mesa for a little over a year now and I couldn't ask for a better company to work for. Management is fair, ethical and has an experienced business mind that respects and appreciates everyone's contribution to the over all quality of service we provide. I feel valued and respected and as an employee I have never felt so honored to be part of a team that is so dedicated to making the residents feel 100% at home.
