Welcome to Savanna House, a beautiful Assisted Living and Memory Care community in north Gilbert, Arizona. Based on the excellent customer service and satisfaction provided by our team, Savanna House was recently ranked “Best Assisted Living” by U.S. News and World Report. Conveniently located near local freeways, hospitals, retail, and dining destinations, Savanna House offers a variety of floor plans from studio to one- and two-bedroom apartments to shared apartment suites. Step inside you're greeted by a bright, airy lobby and Bistro. Beyond the lobby windows, you'll spy a lushly landscaped courtyard filled with shaded seating areas, a putting green, a puppy park, and a walking path. Enjoy daily activities in the community's craft room, physical therapy room, and spacious multipurpose room. Watch a favorite movie in our theater or enjoy a cool treat from our on-site Ice Cream Parlor. Delicious meals are served in our restaurant-style dining room. Our warm, welcoming, and secure memory care neighborhood includes a sunny courtyard, inviting common areas, and activities that stretch the body and mind.

Savanna House is an amazing home for your loved ones. Everyone is so personable! Thai especially goes above and beyond for the residents. No matter what he’s always there to lend a helping hand in any situation. I’ve had the pleasure in working with him in the past. Thai is so caring and compassionate! This line of work is definitely his calling… without a doubt Savanna house is hands down one of the best communities. You won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely love Savanna House. And the staff is amazing. Kyle is very personable. Gina is very kind and caring. Kim, the activities Director put so much fun and details in the activities. The dining experience was amazing and the chef is wonderful too. I feel very comfortable and happy at Savanna House. Diana, the executive Director puts her heart into her community.
